The Aboriginal Business Advisory Initiative (ABAI) program supports Aboriginal owned businesses to get started and build capacity through greater connectivity to NSW Government Procurement, supporting business start-up, encouraging business expansion and providing access to training and job creation.


The work the Kategic team performed was thoroughly informed by engagement, reading an review. The style was personable and professional, delivered on time and in budget but most of all of excellent quality to enabled me as the GM to present directly to the board.


Kategic Solutions were engaged to create four rating models and to present these to the Councillors for adoption. This included both written report and face to face presentation to a challenging and difficult audience. The professionalism and confidence displayed


The Kategic team assisted us in our time of need. Following the merger the organisation was operating at 25% less staff compliment. Kategic were able to recruit 25 quality staff that were critical positions within a 3 month time frame. This has helped us get back to achieving BAU.
